►Colorizing the Manga◄
As you can probably guess from the fact that I have a Sentinel roleplay account that's become my main account, I love the Gaia manga. I greatly appreciate the work that the artists put into it and I look forward to every update, even if I'm dreading what happens next. (Waiting to see what would come of Sen and Seer talking to Gaia was torture!) I understand that a lot of other people love the manga and its characters too, and some people miss the way the manga used to be full-color pages.
Now, coloring takes a decent amount of time, which Gaia has to pay for, and I'm sure they would rather pay artists to work on other things such as cash shop items. Which makes perfect sense since they're a business. I happen to have too much spare time on my hands sometimes (well there's one plus side to unemployment) and when I can't seem to get art to cooperate, I've started coloring manga pages. It feels kind of weird to see all of these characters in color, and I'm not saying the manga is bad without color, because it really isn't, but it feels nice to see everyone in color.
I've started with Return and my plan is to keep going with Return and if/when I get caught up and have the time, I'll start doing previous chapters, too. No, I don't work for Gaia or anything, these aren't 'official' colorized pages, this isn't an official NPC account, etc. Just a bored Gaian with some spare time. I've tried to get the colors as close to accurate as I can, but some are going to be off or darker. Some characters have their skin darkened already in the official pages and I can't be bothered to lighten it because let's face it, I'm lazy. The colors I've used for Gaia are grabbed from some old concept art of her and I have no idea if they're canon accurate.
Note: I'm including the page number that corresponds to the actual page number in the manga, hence gaps where there is no page that I've colored. I may change this later and fill the gaps by linking to the actual manga pages.

I figured this would also be a good place for general manga discussion, too, even though there's a few threads about it already.
gaia_spoons How do you guys feel about the direction the plot's going?
gaia_spoons Are our favorite fallen demigods going to get their powers back?
gaia_spoons Do they even deserve to have them back?
