Aside from me always putting fresh green onions, mushrooms and roasted sesame seeds/oil.

I would occasionally add:
Egg(either boiled or crack and cooked with noodles)
Kimchi
Seafood(if I have any)
Jalapeno peppers
Shredded kim(seaweed)

What do you add to your ramen?

Sometimes I would crush the noodles while in the bag,
open it a little bit to add the powder and shake it the frick up and eat it like chips.

I like adding an uncooked egg and letting it poach in there or silken tofu. Sometimes I'll add the thinly sliced beef brisket that you put in shabu, though I only add that to the better quality ramen.

I like putting tofu in things, but when I put it in ramen it never tasted right to me for some reason. D :
