LET'S INITIATE THE TANUKI SURVIVAL STRATEGY (UPDATED)

1. focus on HEALING, it's cheaper, so you can earn more points with less gold. only heal around 70% health to make sure you get points!
2. use the 10k heal. it gives out half of 100k's SP for a 10th of the cost.
3. attack kitsune mods ONLY. use the 0 gold attack! this way, we can be damaged by counter attacks and use that to gain points by healing!
4. don't forget to heal tanuki bosses!
5. during periods of slow healing, play the balloon game at level 1. the gold given will pretty much keep you at breaking even while generating spirit points quickly.
6. please share this strategy with other tanuki! we need to work as a team to win!
7. if you don't want to do it, that's fine.

It's nice to spice things up by attacking, but we just have to remember each attack is like giving them 300 points (if a kitsune chooses to max heal their team member from the damage we've done). Let's hope the kistunes haven't picked up on this yet. ninja

TL;DR:
The gist is to cease attacking all Kitsunes and focus on healing Tanukis. The Kitsune's blood lust will be their downfall. twisted We shall turn the tides with nonviolence and peace! pirate

addendum:
100k healing yields 300 SP
10k healing yields 150 SP

10k x 10 times = 1500pts
100k x 1 time = 300pts

10k healing is the better option, so reserve spirit heals for only those who are at 0 hp.

Our damage to them is minuscule, but that makes it harder for kitsunes to heal them. (They'll have to use the 0g heal option (1 point reward) or else they'll get the "_____ is already at full health" error message and not receive the points.)
When the mods do the surprise counter attack, the damage is returned at least 3x to us meaning we more heals for us. Win-win. pirate
Whereas attacking regular kitsunes gives them a chance to do a 300 point heal. Win-lose. ninja
