I watch it all on Hulu. For Crystal and the new subbed episodes too are on there.

I personally watch it on Niconico, TOEI sees the ratings there, rather than on Hulu/NeonAlley and Crunchyroll. Not to mention that Niconico always has a special preview for the next episode whereas the other sites don't.

I failed to discern, as discrepancies are only more pronounced when cross-referencing subs from various sources.

I do not have the grasp at Japanese.

My advice would be to delve somewhere and see if you can find fan subs from the source.
