I asked this friend of mine out.
We've known each other for a bit, and I really liked her. We get a long great, and when I asked her out she gave me the same rejection as a lot of other girls did.

"I'm sorry, I see you more as a friend, or even a brother. I can't see myself dating you."
Or a variation of no.

I just hate this. I hate feeling like I'm always just the friend.

Flame me if you want but I don't care. I guess I wanted to get this off my chest somewhere, but right now I feel as if I'm destined to be alone for the rest of my life. I'm twenty six, single, and no hope for any future with anyone. Well, at least I got a job I guess.

I'm still struggling in college……;n;
