Angeline snapped out of it when he stated what happened about his eye and she was a bit hurt that it wasn't a demon eye but then again he wouldn't tell her but that story has to be real he was going to cry! When he got himself together she touched his hand"Don't worry I am sure your mother is happy you helped it was brave of you"she told him.Then when everyone started to clear out she stretched and yawned some.When he asked if she would stay and help she smiled"Of course it's not like I'm in a rush anywhere let's get to cleaning"she said getting up and out of the booth.She rolled up her sleeves and grabbed a tray and started grabbing dishes off the tables and looked at him"Well come on lazy bones"she told him with a giggle.As she filled up the tray she took it to the back and placed them down to be washed he did this all by himself that must be boring.She looked around and came out of the back and seen the radio"Ah there it is"she said getting a stool and stood on it and changed it to some pop dancing music"Nothing like a little music when cleaning you know"she said jumping off the stool not too far from the ground but her skirt did manage to fly up a little but she barely noticed.As she touched the ground with her feet from that jump she twirled and danced a little while picking up more dishes.

- (★) --Nyx blushed a bit when she willingly and cheerfully began to start cleaning, though the slight updraft of air that moved her skirt up he got a little peak of her panties. He chuckled then placed his hand under his chin then said ''Thank you, for commending my Bravery.'' after he had said that he stood up and brushed off his uniform and began to move around the cafe cleaning off the booths, finding any kind of trash and wiping down any of the tables he can find then Nyx shook his head and soon said ''Maybe listening to something more calmer and relaxing then listening to something that is played mostly during the day time.'' then he chuckled and let the music play.

Nyx wasn't much of a music kind of person but he loved the music that was calming and had a nice melody to it, something that mostly kept him distracted on top of him reading his books. He then leaned against the booth and watched her dance around to the music then he whispered to himself ''A girl so sweet like this.. Just because she has an interest in the different, why must they treat her like she is some creature from a different world herself...'' Nyx then crossed his arms and tilted his head a bit then whispered ''Demons promise.. I'll protect you, Angeline.'' then he pushed himself off and threw some garbage into the trash.

He soon stepped behind the bar and began to clean around the counter top. Then he looked at Angeline and said ''I'd be happy to walk you home as well. I assume we go home the same way and either way I'd be happy to walk such a gorgeous woman home. A fair woman shouldn't be walking in the night by herself anyway hehe.'' Nyx then left the bar and sat down in one of the booths with an exhausted sigh and pulled out his book then placed it on the table. Soon he said ''I'll be closing the cafe soon Angeline so please when you're ready come sit in the booth with me.'' Nyx then opened his book and began reading from where he last was.-- (★) -

Angeline smiled at him when he started cleaning and she herself collecting more dishes and dancing around back to the kitchen and started cleaning some of them.She had came out and collected the little dished left on a seat that she sat down before and listened to Nyx tell her to come sit when she was ready and that he would walk her home.She smiled"Thanks I will be done in a bit"she said and danced her way back into the kitchen.She washed the dishes and rinsed and dried them dancing in between the jobs and when she finished she sighed softly.That was a lot but it was fun still she wondered why was Nyx able to, maybe because she wanted him to be supernatural he had such an effect on her.Well either way demon or not she would love to be his friend he was alone and people seemed to only want him for his looks he had something mysterious and common with her.They barely fit in with humans but live everyday through thick and thin to death with these stupid humans.She came out of the back and got on the stool and turned off the radio and looked at him reading and she slowly walked over to him hiding her face behind the book and popped up on him"Boo!"she said happily.

- (★) --Nyx raised a brow to her attempting to scare him then he chuckled and said ''Gonna have to try harder than that to frighten me Angeline.'' he then closed his book and stretched his arms and guided her to the entrance. Once there he walked a bit to the side and turned off the lights in the cafe then escorted her outside and locked the door outside. ''So Angeline, Which direction do you live? I'll escort you all the way there no matter how far away it is.'' he said as he leaned against the wall of the cafe. Nyx enjoyed being around Angeline, she was something different than he had been use to, her cheerful disposition, her willingness to help others, and her interest in supernatural beings. It was almost as if he and her were made for each other but he wanted to tell her the real him on his own terms, not on the terms of him going through one of his pure demonic episodes.-- (★) -

Angeline looked at him when he told her she would have to try harder and she giggled happily.Then when he lead her out and locked up she stretched a bit outside"I live this way in an apartment building"she told him pointing east.It had really been dark tonight it was like you could see every star she liked it.She looked at him and pulled him off the wall"Come on I actually wanna go somewhere just before we hit my apartment"she told him pulling his hand along with her.She wanted to go to a park near her apartment to look at the stars with him it would be fun and really cool and a beautiful site to see.

- (★) --Nyx looked at her blushing even more as she tugged him along then he soon said ''A-Angeline slow down!'' as they wallked Nyx began to look around. He had always found their campus and town so beautiful at night, the lights were bright and fascinating. the people were so lively and having fun. Nothing Nyx had experienced in a long time since he had always spent his time inside the safety of his cafe and his home. He then felt the strings of his eye patch were about to fall off then he soon said ''Angeline w-wait I need to fix my eye patch really fast!'' Nyx was doubtful that that she was paying attention to him, he got the feeling she was the kind of person if she was determined to do something she was going to do it. He liked that in people.

Nyx noticed that she was bringing them to a park, one where the sky was 100% visible and the stars twinkled as if something were bouncing off them constantly. He then let go of Angeline's hand to look up and he gazed at them in amazement. ''Wow... I never took the time to look at the stars like this...'' he soon found a bench nearby and decided to sit down on it and look up to the stars. Nyx was indeed a loner, he never liked socializing and getting close to other people simply because of the fact that demons attract other demons and attract trouble to themselves and he never wants to put Angeline in that position.. ever.

He soon put his hands behind his head and tightend the strings on the eye patch again to make sure it wouldn't come loose then he soon called out ''Come! Sit with me!'' Nyx blushed and tilted his head at her, this was going to be the first night in a while where Nyx had actually had some fun. That was already deadset in his head.-- (★) -

Angeline giggled when he told her she was going to fast but she kept going she wanted to hurry.When he called out that he heard to fix his eye patch she again ignored the comment.When they got to the park she saw him notice the open sky and the sparkling and twinkling stars.She smiled at him as he said he never noticed how beautiful the sky was, she looked up at it herself it seemed that this night was just so beautiful because she made a new friend someone who actually liked her and the sky reflected that.She looked at him when he told her to come sit and she ran over and sat on the bench next to him and smiled"It's beautiful huh"she said happily. As she looked up at the sky she sighed"Do you think I'm crazy for thinking supernatural beings hide among us?"she asked him softly.She shook her head"I mean I would know why they are hiding humans are terrible they are so judgmental but when they are hiding among them they don't see a difference but because they were supernatural they would judge them....it's sad because they just do it to each other.....someone believes in another world or species makes them a freak and make them mean and point and laugh"she had tears swelling in the corner of her eyes as a tear fell on her skirt she smiled and looked at him"But still I won't change for them because I know somewhere out there they need my help.....supernatural beings just need someone who understands them...I want to be that someone"she said softly.

- (★) --Nyx had began to frown. This one woman, this one woman wanted to do whatever she can to understand and befriend someone that is really completely different from her. It only made Nyx feel better if she had met someone who wasn't as dangerous as he was, hearing Angeline and her kind words almost gave him a warm feeling in the hear that he never had to begin with. ''I... can't take it anymore...'' he said as he stood up then took her hands and brought her up with him then he looked at her directly in her eyes then said ''Angeline.. there is something.. Something I must tell you, It's something I should have told you about from the start but kept it from you because I wanted to protect you...'' Nyx then gripped her hands tightly then said ''The truth is I am a-...'' he was stopped mid sentence as he heard a group of men approaching, they weren't drunk but he had a feeling that they were here to cause trouble.

It was a group of three men, both built very muscularly. They approached Nyx and Angeline laughing from the start. One of the men soon said ''So... What's a fine piece of work like yourself young babe, doing out here with a prissy little servant boy like this?'' they began to laugh at Nyx and continued advancing towards them, Nyx on the other hand stood in front of Angeline and growled lowly, his demonic voice becoming slightly apparent. He glared at them and said ''Say away from her, You will not have one hand on her!'' but the males disagreed. The leader shoved Nyx out of the way then his two followers held him him back and Nyx could only watch what was going on, The leader then walked up to Angeline and gripped her wrists and held her hands down as he grinded his crotch against her butt then whispered in her ear ''Let a real man show you a real fun time babe..'' he then kissed her neck and glared at Nyx smirking deviously. Nyx struggled to get out then his growl and demonic presence became even more apparent as his voice began to change along with his eye patched eye glowing, but they didn't care. They continued to laugh and taunt him.

Nyx shook his head then said ''Let her go! LET HER GO NOW!'' and continued to struggle while being restrained. He soon thought 'Angeline.. please forgive me.'-- (★) -

Angeline looked at him as he stated that he couldn't take it anymore and she blinked confused.Then he grabbed her hands and stood up and made her stand up too and she blushed as he looked at her and he said he was keeping something from her her eyes grew and sprakled he was going to tell her he was a demon huh?! He was about to say it but three men approached laughing and she knew this meant trouble.She looked as Nyx got in front of her and she felt a bit more safe now his growl though it was so deep.He told them that they weren't to touch her and she clenched her hands together scared.They just kept coming though and when the man shoved him and the other two held him back she was left shivering scared of the man that approached her.He had grabbed her wrists and she struggled to take them away he was way too strong for her.She felt his crotch rub against her and got tears in her eyes as she could only speak softly out of fear"Please stop.......don't do this"she told the man.When he kissed her neck she had tears run down her face as she heard the demonic voice that was now Nyx and how his eye patched glowed.Was this really happening he was really a demon? She closed her eyes tightly as tears fell thinking'Please save me Nyx'

- (★) --Nyx's eyes soon widend as he saw tears stream down Angelines face. The leader soon chuckled and said ''Alright boys, beat the s**t outta this prissy kid and come dig in!'' he continued to kiss Angeline's neck then lower his hand as the two other males began to punch and kick Nyx. Nyx's eye patch began to get looser and looser as he was getting beatin up, until finally it fell off revealing his demonic eye then he growled loudly and yelled ''Get... your hands OFF OF HER!!'' Then he smiled almost psychotically then gripped the men by their shirts and slammed them both into each other, afterwards throwing them aside. His tail soon appeared along with his horns materializing on his head, his voice was mixed between his normal and his demonic one then he looked at the leader and said ''You... Let her go...'' Nyx then roared and began to snarl and yelled ''NOW!'' the men that Nyx slammed together and tossed aside soon stood up a bit shaken by the slam, one pulled out a decently sized knife and the other pulled out a standard handgun then the leader looked up and pulled out a gun from his back then said ''Step and closer f-freak and I'll do more than what I'm doing now!'' the leader then pointed the gun to Angeline's head and kissed her neck once more.

Once the leader kissed her neck he then yelled ''Get him!'' the men both charged at Nyx and soon Nyx looked at the men and his tail swayed around then quickly stabbed the man with the knife and it swayed around with his body on the spike of his tail. The leader and the other male with the gun looked at Nyx with utter fear then as the male with the gun had it aimed towards Nyx, Nyx tossed the male on his spike off to the side and he slammed through a tree then landed on the ground, dead. The man with the gun then started firing rounds into Nyx but they had no effect on him the bullets just bounced off his skin like he was a metal man, The male with the gun emptied the gun of all it's rounds then Nyx looked up with a crazed smile and his eye glowed red then he said slowly ''My... Turn....'' and right after those words Nyx grabbed the male with the gun with his tail then slammed him into the nearby concrete wall, killing him on impact due to the force.

Nyx then tilted his head and said ''All is left is you... So are you going to let her go or am I going to have to add one more to the death counter...?'' he then began to laugh a bit then it turned into a lot and the Leader looked at him terrified then said ''W-What are you.. What the hell are you!?'' then let go of Angeline. Nyx then slithered his tail over to Angeline and it wrapped around her waist gently and brought her near him then he said ''Angeline, I am the Demon.. Nyx.'' then his tail quickly grabbed the leader then the leader cried out ''Please man, lemmie go! Lemmie go I'm sorry! Please don't kill me, Please!'' But Nyx didn't care then replied ''Sorry... Demons don't show mercy.'' then proceeded to laugh more and more then his tail stabbed straight through the Leader and soon Nyx pulled his tail straight up, cutting in him half from the stomach upwards. Then he dropped his corpse and Nyx regained control as his tail returned to him then he turned to look at Angeline and backed away frightend of what she may say then he said ''Angeline, I.. I..'' and tears began to form in his eyes.-- (★) -

Angeline looked at them as they were beating Nyx up and she was scared for him"Stop hurting him!"she yelled as tears still flowed from her eyes.She didn't even care what he did to her she just didn't want him hurt.Then when his eye patch fell off she saw his demonic eye and was in shock he really was a demon like she suspected.She watched as he slammed the guys together and walked over and when they pulled out weapons and she had a gun to her head she gasped"Ah no!"she said and when he kissed her again she struggled to stop him.Then Nyx ended up killing on of the guys and when gun fires was shot at him she got scared at first but seen it didn't effect him.Then he killed that guy, the leader let her go and ask what he was.He grabbed her with his tail and told her what he was and she couldn't help but be in shock it was true.When he killed the leader she notice things started to calm down and Nyx was no longer demonic form.She saw his tears fill his eyes and she hugged him tightly"You saved me Nyx......thank you so much"she told him shaking from what almost happened to her.She finally found her supernatural mate she was so happy she could make her book and everything!

- (★) --Nyx blinked twice as tears continued to run down his cheeks then he said ''W-What...? You.. aren't afraid of what I am...?'' he then began to blush slightly as he felt the warmth from her body touching his, it felt good. He then wrapped his arms around her slowly as his tail and horns slowly disappeared then he said ''We better get out of here... civilians might be passing through here soon and they will report the findings to the police.. it's best we're not here.'' Nyx then wiped his tears and picked her up.

Holding her in his arms he then jumped from the park and landed on a rooftop nearby and hopped from roof to roof until he saw his house in the distance then landed at the doorstep. Nyx placed her on the ground and grabbed his keys then opened his door then pulled her inside his home quickly, once inside he closed the door and locked it then guided her to his living room and sat her down. Once he sat her down he turned on the lights and sat down on the opposite couch and looked at her then said ''Angeline... please don't tell anyone else about this, I mean it. If word gets out that I am a demon I am just going to have to run like I always have been..'' then he sighed and shook his head.

''I never wanted anyone to find out I was a demon because I would think everyone is afraid of me... I wanted a life.. I wanted friends, I wanted to be successful...'' he said then looked up at her one eye human looking and the other pure demon then he leaned back in the chair. Nyx was now terrified about this, he had brought her back to his place because he needed to know he could trust her with his secret but now this puts her in more danger if she is associated with him. Demons naturally attract to other demons, you're only lucky if it isn't a deadly demon. If Nyx had lost Angeline he wouldn't know how to deal with himself or how to go on, she was and is the first person to ever get this close to a demon to his memory and he wanted to cherish and preserve that as much as he could.-- (★) -

When he picked her up she blushed deeply and when he jumped on the rooftops all the way to his house.She just got the fangirl mode she was actually living a life like True Moon! - (★) --Nyx sighed then shook his head as he looked at her and said ''That is the exact opposite of what I want to do.'' he then rested his head on his knuckle and said ''Angeline you're missing the point. The more who know I am a demon, the more danger it puts me AND you in... at this point I think it's safe you stay with me from now on but at the same time I feel like it's a bad Idea..'' he looked at her a bit worried.

He then moved her off of his lap then walked over to a mirror that was in the room and he looked in it at his eye then he sighed once more and began to talk off his clothing starting with his shirt. Nyx turned around then said ''I need to take a shower...'' he then yawned as his horns and tail began to rematerialize then his tail began to sway around the room gently touching things as he made his way to the bathroom. By the time he was in the bathroom he was naked then he turned on the hot water, his bathroom was rather big, fit for two people but he was always alone so it didn't matter.

When he was in the bathroom he sighed exhaustedly then sat in the tub as his tail hung on the outside then he said ''How am I going to protect Angeline along with myself.. I can already feel a surge of demonic presences starting to flood this area... I can't fend them all off...'' Nyx sunk into the tub a bit more. He wasn't upset by Angeline knowing what he was, he was more conserned for her safety and well being as he told the leader of that thug gang, Demons do not show mercy. They would kill her if they got the chance. But for now he just needed to worry what to do with her and her snooping.-- (★) -

Angeline looked at him when he said no somewhat but in a nice way.She pouted"I just am so excited about meeting a demon I mean I knew you were something!"she said happily.She then was removed from his lap and she frowned a bit maybe she was pushing it.He was really worried about her, she listened to him say she should stay with him and blushed deeply as he started to strip right in front of her"Oh.........my......"her eyes sparkled at his chest showing as he told her he was going to go shower.She nodded slowly mesmerized by his chest and abdominal area.When he walked away she looked in the bag she carried and looked for her notepad and she got it and a pen and slowly followed his trail of clothes.The bathroom door wasn't completely closed she she slowly snuck in and sat by the tub"So tell me how long have you been on earth Nyx?"she asked him looking at him somewhat but not too much she might get too excited and make a mess on the floor.
