I would like to know why my account was banned, the account name is its about to go down . i DID NOT receive an email as to why the account was banned, the ban happened earlier this month. i cannot send a ticket because i don't know why i was banned. i don't think its a permanent bann because i still receive emails however i might be wrong.

So why was my account banned?
and if im perma banned, why are you guys still emailing that address?

Could be on the other side if you are using a browser add-on.
This link is found in all the forums.

They can tell you what happened and you can then file a ticket if you wish to contest the ban.
Try checking your spam or bulk folders just the same.

Email can still be sent to perma ban accounts. You're not removed from the mail list if you're banned. But if you tried logging in and couldn't it would have said in red text that you have been banned for 3 or 14 days or perma ban. So if it didn't have the number of days you were banned chances are it's permanent. But like the other user said just pm a mod.
