So my apartment building has a yoga studio, and I really want to get into yoga for the relaxation and body control and health benefits. I don't want to pay for a class, especially since with my work and school schedule I wouldn't be able to make it all the time.
I am looking for good beginner yoga videos i can download onto my laptop and then play in the yoga studio. I need something short to start with since I have never done yoga before, and I also need something clear, since I will be the only person in the room (hopefully.....i am very shy and have very low self confidence)
So yeah....any recommendations?
