Is that available yet?

Although it will be available today in Japan (as it is the 19th), it's currently 4:38 A.M. there, so I am doubting that it has been distributed just yet since it's being given out during the showing of the movie.
However, you're always able to obtain one through a device like Powersave.

too bad the event is only out in japan right now..
not that i want one anyways.. i hope they give out a diancie with a lower level. i don't want it at level 50 crying
