Especially, if there's no sex involved.

Still, he would rely on the doctor to help him sleep.

Now I want to make so many doctor innuendos, but I'll be good.
And yeah, Michael is a masochist, but he can always get his daily dose of pain elsewhere. Maybe go pick a fight with Max and then come to Misha. And there goes my brain into the gutter. Ha ha.
And he doesn't always cut himself, sometimes he'll go as far as breaking his own fingers or worse. So have fun snapping things back into place too.

Ah, well Misha is gonna have to show him how. He doesn't have to actually dislocate it, but just specify how to dislocate instead of break and Michael can do it.
