So the question is, if you could have an "Exotic" animal as a pet what would it be? Why is this the ideal pet for you?

The pet I would choose is either the Komodo Dragon, or Giraffe.

The Komodo Dragon, because they are very easy to maintain in health. They also live on average of 30 years! two to three times longer than most modern domesticated pets. They also eat about once or twice a month, and they are friendly. They typically do not attack humans especially if they are domesticated. Komodos are also just a sweet looking animal. The name alone suggests that.

Giraffes are my favorite animal. Their body's interest me, since they grow to 20 to 24 feet tall, and are herbivores, although they are big in the animalia kingdom. Feeding them is as easy as going to the front or back yard and letting the trees provide. Who needs to spend money? They are also so very cute.
