Put your phone on silent.

I have a friend who will spam me with pointless texts
and another who just writes super long texts.
(I have a "dumb phone" so it doesn't turn into one long text.)

All while I try to sleep.

Yeah I'm usually asleep in the daytime so when people message me, I'm not that upset. In fact, they should be more upset with me sleeping during daytime and not answer their messages.

But before I was a night owl, it would always upset me people message me while I'm sleeping. In fact, I was happy about the sleep time feature on the iPhone that was added.
