Something just occurred to me.

I've never dealt in trillions, but I'm sure some do.
But I can barely see all the numbers when I enter a number in the billions.

Doesn't that cause a problem with even larger numbers?
Maybe the box should be bigger so we can see all the numbers clearly.

**EDIT: So I did my first trade today which involved a gold figure of 1t or more.
This is seriously scary guys! You can't tell the difference!
They could have put in only 1b or more and you wouldn't know until it's too late!!!

Well I'd just be concerned in the hypothetical situation if I sold something for say, 1 trillion.
Based on the box size, how do I know if the person entered 1t in the box or 1b?

it's probably a simple fix, too.
i'd assume they just have to change the CSS for the box size, without needing to fiddle with the underlying code. domokun stargate

This would be a very simple fix for them and it would honestly take less than 10 minutes. All they need to do is change the CSS class .panel-inventory .gold .gold-input width to 120px.

I would like to see this done.

I would love it if they did that as well. I'd also appreciate it if trades included commas so I could stop counting all of the digits in my listings. I feel like I'm back in kindergarten because I don't read numbers as "one hundred sixty-eight billion, nine hundred seven million, four hundred thirty-three thousand, three hundred thirty-three" whenever I see the number 168,907,433,333. I simply make a LMP listing and just make sure my listing has 12 digits.

I could have sworn a staff member acknowledged this issue and said they were going to fix it months ago.
I mean, if that's true I'm not at all surprised that it's still not fixed.
But yes, this is something that really should be done (but won't).

Beyond that there isn't enough room to tell.

As a suggestion until it's fixed, try double clicking the amount of gold in the box, copying, and pasting in notepad to see if the full amount shows up?
