Aekea Scarface

Fire [Lava]

Molten lava seeps
down the ridged walls
of the city of paradise.
Burning ash cackles
as it leaps into life.
The perfect sky renovates
into a collage of nightmares.
Cities become distraught with rage.

(The flaming bush discovered
by Moses comes to haunt
the world once more.)

Aekea Scarface

Platypus

So confusing,
is this true, magnificent beast --
so confusing.
The face is a unique "quacker,"
The body would make a great feast.
Teeth were discovered in the east ...
so confusing.

Ocean

Sea
water
soothes
my soul.
Ocean waves
crash to
the
beat of
my spirit.
They come tumbling
down dirty
beaches;
sand
is washed
at the same
time my
face
is, now,
washed.

Aekea Scarface

Eyes

The eyes are not the windows into the soul;
They are the colored doorknobs into the heart --
Making torn bodies in the world (again) whole.

The keys into the mirrors are torn apart;
the mind is a treasure that will be locked to
those who cannot paint true, emotional art.

The child listens to his mother with no clue,
looking into her eyes and seeing the pain,
the agony that turns her lush, pink face blue.

Their (cold) feelings will make people try to feign
a make-believe emotion beyond the tear
of sadness that cause the third afternoon rain.

A [long] single look throughout all of the year
can make a person name their single, worst fear.

Penguins

Put on the heaviest coat
you've got; you're going to
visit the coldest place on Earth.

With a formal suit built on,
everyday is an occasion.
Most say they're just some
tuxedoes, while other's say
they're wearing normal suits.
What does it think it's wearing, though?
Fur and blubber? Why, yes, of course,
this animal is the king of the aquatic birds.

Flightless, yet with wings, it waddles
around the beautiful landscape like a child
exploring a new house for the first time.
Freezing waters filled with predators
are the perfect place for a summer swim.

Right before winter,
it's no time for holiday shopping;
it's time to march along the panorama
from their lives to their births -- mating,
calling to each other when they reach
their final destination -- creating new lives.

Death comes easily. By hunters,
winter, age, it appears. Birds come
from the sky to attack the young babies
who are too new for the world to know
the dangers. [Leapord] seals come charging
along in the icy oceans, attacking like a hunter
will with a gun to a deer. Mating is a time for
new life and new death. The dance of the egg
pass is deadly, while the walk to a lover
is just as frightening.

Pack your things on up,
and leave these penguins
at rest! Disturb them not;
life lasts only for a minute
next to death.

Orange

Sunsets
rising atop
paradise form glows --
memorable -- of life.
Sunrises falling
on heavens create
bursts -- joyous and
~Orange~ --
and joyous bursts
create heavens on
falling sunrises.
Life of memorable
glows form paradise
atop rising
sunsets.

SUN
yellow
beautiful

Golden auroras
surround the lush sphere of
the master of the great sky.

"a heavenly, blazing circle"

Aekea Scarface

Pink, spring trees transform
into gracious dancers of
the calm, summer winds.

Aekea Scarface

Space

Solitary winds are the children
of the colorful comets
piling one on top the other
the tiny rocks and breeze.
Atmospheric boundaries appear
to rotate 'round a
powerful star or beautiful
body of the night --
collecting
food to set in a pack and send to a bright man.
Cliched meteoroids crash into
the water-planet's moon.
Everything is at peace
[except for the deadly showers]
in the wonderful land of a pure vacuum.

Nightmare

Sailing the asphalt sea
in my Titanic,
I can see the light and long
for it's glory.

Red herrings surround
the panorama, the nightmare
of a landscape. I still wonder
if this is just a figment.

Weeds, thorns, and darkness
are the ingredients of these
waters. The glory is on the
other side of the ocean.

Grabbing the life out
of me and leaking my
Titanic. I have no flashlight
in this black of pitch.

Dead ends fill the earth
that kills each and every
millennium, getting me lost
into a nightmare.

I mustn't follow the dead,
night sounds. All I can
do is row with the ores
of my black crystalline memory.

Yards away from the light,
it is shining in my face -- mocking me --
I will reach it and have it's glory;
my life will be complete.

Almost there .. darkness ..
cold, frigid air surrounds my
every breath of fear and panic.
Great icebergs surround my ship.

My ship is sinking -- going down --
into the everlasting theme of
black. Dead, am I now;
sailing is what I will continue to do.

Invincible Warrior

Drums ring into the skies,
trumpets blast into the sea.
A warrior marches through the crowd
like a soaring eagle, free.

Enemies and allies join to fight
in a battle with gallons of blood.
Weapons attack forcefully,
causing a chromatic flood.

An invincible warrior
raises his sword,
clashing into the fight,
moving with the vast horde.

Swords on swords, fists on fists,
the enemies are actually winning!
The invincible warrior takes a blow;
failure is soon beginning.

Cries cry into the sky,
voices sing of memories.
The heroes grave is soon dug
atop the gray-black emeries.

Opening his harsh-hazel eyes,
the warrior takes a stand.
Assaulting the hostile forces,
he finally paints the land.

Drums ring into the skies
in a battle with gallons of blood.
Clashing into the fight,
the invincible warrior takes a blow
atop the gray-black emeries.

Aekea Scarface

Keys

The Moonlight
washes over the
painted knob as
the door introduces
the excited exclamation
point.

Can[n]ons fire
with grace and beauty,
while tips type a rhythm
of soothing sounds. Wood
screams into the peaceful
night.

Harmonious voices combine,
like the wind, trees, and ocean.

Aekea Scarface

Leaves breeze into the
haven of the dry forest --
falling from fake skies.

Survivors wait for
their bodies to change. The dry
dirt will be no more.

Aekea Scarface

A Miner's Nightmare

Nothing is working in
one of the edits. So,

dirty miners dig through tunnels,
hoping to find
envy-colored gemstones. Jealousy
is just fine.
Nine workers chisel into glowing
caves. The sun
is not responsible. Thirteen workers
snap off the nidi,
making creatures crawl all over, of
a worm.

Aekea Scarface

Dry Lips

The dancing wind kisses
her watery face -- her smooth lips.
