I've gotten my Magical Girl achievement. HOWEVER, I still have no received my Hero achievement.

Congrats on getting the Magical Girl Achievement! I'm still missing it, so I wish I will get it soon when the glitch is fixed.
And good luck trying to get the Hero achievement when it's fixed too.

At this point, I think it's the only way to get the Achievements that weren't granted to you.

I think it may be the only way - it might take a little while but I would just send a ticket.
(Since I have not yet been granted the achievement either, but a ticket directly lets Gaia know about it.)

I've just sent Narumi a PM regarding the issue, just as Karuie did the first time she encountered the problem. I can't give up any hopes, but I shouldn't be worrying too much about it. It will only make me more anxious.
