Ok so the announcement regarding these names under our avis hasn't come out yet
BUT they've done this type of event before
It's another team war event
Like when they did star wars vs avengers vs bronies
But we've only seen 2 teams so far: Mahou Shoujo and Sentai Hero
There could be a third, or not.
Usually the team with the most members by the end of the event gets a prize
And there
could be achievements if you convert a certain number of people, but there's no concrete evidence of that yet
Anyway this is how it works;
It's starts off with a select group of gaians who are given a team name under their avi
You get a team by being quoted by someone already with a team
You just quote people to convert them unwillingly to your team
Others can quote you and change you to their team
It's an endless cycle of madness
THE GOAL IS TO PICK A TEAM AND CHANGE OTHERS TO YOUR TEAM BY QUOTING THEM
SO YOUR TEAM HAS THE MOST MEMBERS AND YOU WIN A PRIZE AT THE END OF THE EVENT
USUALLY these events get their own forums, but yeah the cb is still going to be flooded with team themed threads until it's over. Sorry.
WATCH OUT, POSTING IN AN EVENT THEMED THREAD WILL BOMBARD YOU WITH QUOTES OF PEOPLE TRYING TO CHANGE YOU TO THEIR TEAM
ALSO, it only works if you quote one person at a time. Quoting 2 or more people does not change their team to yours
Changing a massive amount of people to your team in one post is not possible
This is called sniping, and it does nothing
There are a lot of lovely people here that I'm sure will help with any questions you might still have. I try to update this post every now and then with info to keep the confusion down, but If no one answers your question feel free to PM me(because my notices are all over the place) and I'll try to help you out as much as I can
