I suppose, though you could just hide again if I tried.

In the meantime you being hidden makes you too hard to eat for it to be worthwhile but also annoying to talk to since I don't know where you are. I suppose you humans, who grew to stature in the age of telephones, might be used to conversing with someone you cannot see, but for me... it is an annoyance.
