How do you freind and message people offline. Like if you see someone in the forum you want to freind but they are online how do you freind and or message this person? I have gotten freind invites when I was offline before but I not sure how this works on other people. Can anyone help me?

Simply hover over the menu right below their avatar and select either "Send PM" or "Add as Friend". Some people may have either or both of those options disabled, so that would mean they don't want people adding them or PMing them.
