What a day this was turning out to be. Waking up on the wrong side of the bed was a complete understatement as he felt like he woke up inside of Cinnabar’s volcano. Where everything was hot and filled with anger. And anger was the last emotion the usually emotionless bear should feel. It had been bubbling within him over the last few days, this emotion. Eating away at his insides like an acidic poison. It was only a matter of time before he exploded and today was that day.
Kass didn’t mean to. He really honestly didn’t. But as those venomous words tumbled out of his mouth towards the one he cared for the most, he couldn’t stop himself. Tori had been the unfortunate being that suffered the wrath of an emotional Kass. It was no secret that his gijinka was a hyperactive ball of fluff and feathers and that never bothered the stoic bear much. Just for fun he often pretended to be upset with the lopunny just to succumb with whatever methods Tori used to soothe the beast. Sadly there was no amount of smoothing Tori could do. One wrong move sent Kass over the edge he had been teetering over, resulting in the man snapping and sending his lopunny from his side.
Now alone, Kass became nothing more than an irritable chimney who had smoked all of his cigars and was working on his back up pack of cigarettes. He ******** up. Royally. He couldn’t even bring himself to mutter out a sorry in time. He just...let Tori leave.
If he didn’t come back, would Kass blame him? This wasn’t the first time Kass had expelled Tori from the gym for a day, and he hardly doubted it would be the last. The inseparable pair became separated whenever an argument sprouted between the two. Normally they would come back together to make up for lost time but…
...What if Tori didn’t come back? What if he had sent him away so many times that this was the last straw? He took a sharp inhale, the cigarette burning brightly at its lit end. The bear refused to imagine what his future would look like without Tori. But if he kept doing this, that future may as well be possible.
An irritable plum of smog was allowed to leave his lungs and exit his nose, creating a miasmic cloud in front of him. Somehow after the fight, Kass made it to his gym only to do nothing but sulk. Or what the closest thing would be to Kass actually sulking.
He couldn’t work like this. Not when he knew that all of this was his fault. Kass had to apologize. His gym was abandoned for now and his pokemon sent all over to help in his search. He himself would check the usual spots, starting with the forest. With a glare and a trail of smoke he was on his way..

• Sadly Jazz has no control of the outcome of his cards as everything is completely randomized. He could screw himself trying to get some good luck out of his own power. Hence why he doesn't like using his powers too often unless the risk was small. But when he gets lucky, he gets lucky
Personality┊
He's the biggest little s**t that could ever come out of a 5 foot even package. At one point in time he used to have a short fuse, but after working as the right hand man to a certain crime boss, one learned to have a better temperament. Not to say he doesn't lose his cool every once in a while. Jazz will become the grumpiest man alive then, becoming an active player in the silent game. He also can't help but to wear his heart on his sleeve when it comes to certain people. His whole goal in life was to stay detached. Now look at him, willing to risk it all for a bunch of assholes.

So you wanna know about my life, huh? That's not a problem I guess. A little nosey of you, but not a problem. I'll start by saying this: if you grew up in this doomed city nine times out of 10 you didn't have a good childhood. Trust me. I speak from experience. My brother and I weren't abandoned or anything, but looking back at the whole situation we might as well have been. Our mom did the best she could what with the whole 'allowing us to fend for ourselves' parenting method. While she bounded from boyfriend to boyfriend, I was at home taking care of a brother who didn't have all of his marbles.
That was fun.
Fast forward a whole lotta years with me going from job to job to support my brother and his high a** medical bills, I got lucky. He came in the form of smooth talking guy that became a major pain in my a** after offering me a job I honestly couldn't refuse. Not that I'm complaining.

• Before this whole thing with BD and the gang, he actually worked in a cosplay cafe. It wasn't too bad of a life, but working for BD paid a whole hell of a lot more.

• When he goes into Mr. Sandman mode, his blond hair turns black, eyes go from blue to grey and his sand turns white. He can stay in this mode so long as the Moon is out. (?)
Strengths/ Weaknesses┊
• The card never allows him the sweet satisfaction of sleep again. It's one of two of the major side effects of his card. Secondly he has to constantly feed off dreams. Nightmares are typically best and can sustain him for quite some time. Good dreams don't do much for him. He doesn't know why, either. The longer W. stays the sandman the more nightmares he needs in the end.
Personality┊
Before the card and well after the card, W. has always been a silent and private man. He keeps any facts about his personal life under wraps. He had patience of a saint but it was constantly chipped away by the constant stupidity around him, resulting him in becoming just as much as a hot head as his once former companion in crime. Not being able to sleep doesn't make it any better. He's the king of 'nope' and plans to stay that way for as long as he lives. Though, and it's very rare, he does have a small place in his emotions (or lack of) for compassion. So long as it doesn't interfere with his work.

W. stares at you for the longest time, wondering what he could've possibly done to deserve this punishment of 'opening up'. He knows he must reveal how and why he got into this life of crime. Explain how he always had a need to be powerful and his father's dealings with the old mob boss didn't help matters at all. Instead it warped him into becoming a dangerous man. How W. could've been something great to help the people, not pushing them more under his thumb and torturing them in ways he couldn't have done before. Most parent's children became doctors, lawyers even teachers. Should he reveal that he didn't want that path for himself at all? How he much rather lead than follow and essentially ...eliminated ....his father to take his place in the ever growing Empire?
No. ..He's sure no one wants to hear that. Instead he'll allow you to know that one day he'll take this city for himself.

• Because he can't sleep, he'll have bouts of extreme exhaustion where he absolutely can't function. He becomes slightly ...loopy and needs to consume a rather large amount of souls to get back to normal.
• Took up knitting as a form to relieve stress and keep himself calm during meetings. The more he's annoyed the faster and more aggressive he knits until he a hat or a scarf is formed. If you ask, he might give you one.
• Will sit behind his desk sometimes with his eyes close like he's 'sleeping' It's best not to disturb him at those times.
•Doesn't speak a ******** word. Relies on notepads, stickies and facial cues to relay what he wants to say.

He isn't exactly the warmest person in the world. It's very rare for him to crack any smile that isn't a smirk. That doesn't last long. Over time he realized that his cold personality may be doing more harm than good and tried to change. Only it's a little too late to try and chip the frost, now isn't it? He's a bit of a perfectionist, too. Anything less and you can see the oh so familiar eye twitch. Isai truly believes that his way is correct and everyone else is just bumbling along. And if there's one more important thing you must know about the good Doctor is that he hates his time being wasted. If you're not bleeding, dying or sick there's no reason why you're taking up space in his office (despite the fact he may have separation anxiety)

Imagine a woman saying that to a boy who was no older than the age of four. Blowing acrid smoke into his face as he sniffled and sob and she cackling like a witch.
"No. Who could ever love someone like you? Why are you so damn worthless?"
That was Isai's daily life. He was nothing more than a burden to his dear mother and every day she told him exactly how she felt. Ice started to run through his veins and his heart hardened. The boy who used to smile at every little thing became a stoic being that wouldn't dare show a single emotion.
Except...
There was a need deep inside him that wanted to be useful to anyone just so he wouldn't be alone. To be useful meant that he wasn't as worthless as his mother had told him. But how? He was so cold without a single caring feeling inside of him as far as anyone knew.
One would've thought that being a doctor would've been the last profession on his long list instead of the first. Yet here he was. Being a doctor meant that people counted on him. Depended on him. Needed him. Despite the cold demeanor that surrounded him. He was finally useful. ..Except he wasn't satisfied.
The people who were in hospitals only needed him short term. They either got better or died. He grew an attachment to mere passing faces.
That's when he decided to get into the whole mafia business. While he may never admit it, he could grow comfortably attached to the circle he placed himself in. Isia was once more useful.
