I've never been more afraid of failure than I have been this past fortnight --
my students deserve the best, and I'm terrified that I won't be able to help them achieve what they want to.

I know they're not mine, but it's like I semi-inherited 18 futures.

I'm about to go to the gym in hopes of burning off some of this insane energy.

I accidentally broke my good glasses, so now I have to wear my 'work' ones ((the lenses are all scratched up from me whipping them on my shirt, but it's hard to clean them when a dog smudges them with their nose)) until I can get new ones. I'm hoping they can switch the lenses out, so I just have to pay for the frames.

My birthday is often overlooked thanks to the mess that's thanksgiving and black friday. On a positive note, I have the same birthday as Darvish Kenji. heart Which does not surprise me at all. For better or worse I've never encountered a normal person that was born on November 28. Even my second grade teacher was kinda off haha.
