I got my face smacked by some guy online with a wishing chansey I was wondering if it was possible to get wish on chansey without seismic toss

You might need to research the Rayqauza you're requesting. It doesn't learn V-create under the circumstances you've given me. If it has V-Create, it can't be shiny since the event which gives it that move is shiny-locked. It can't be nicknamed or belong to your OT. It's Japanese.

Hey! Long time no see! The first post says that I do gens 1-5. That's as far as pokegen's support goes. If you click on the "Shiny/ Item Service" line in my signature, you'll be redirected to my other shop where I use an AR to make any pokemon shiny (with some exceptions). You can read more in the topic itself.

instead of atheropy can you tag heal bell? I saw it in a YouTube video like a hour ago. I forgot it was a egg move
