I don't like the dress. I think the neckline isn't flattering and I find it quite boring.
Nude heels are a safe option but will look good.

I'd say either nude heels or gold strappy heels with gold jewelry, eyeshadow (if gold doesn't work for you makeup-wise you can always go for something else(additionally, with this kind of dress I'd avoid a red lip color)), or hair accessories to add interest.

If you're not big on heels (by the way pretty much every girl wearing heels ditches them by the end of the night), I'd say nice sandals, because it's a very spring/summer-looking dress so if you're going with that it'd probably be best to keep to that general idea and avoid darker colors.
