While during your waking moments, you may be unaware that such a place as this exists. In this world made up of many dreams, the landscape is in constant flux, affected by the Dreamers within. It is not only the lands but the time as well that is affected. In some places it runs slowly and in others a million years can pass in just a second. There is only on true reality in the Dreamscape: If you die in the Dreamscape, you stay dead. While the lands of the Dreaming can seem wonderful and fantastic, be wary. While there are dreams here, there also lurk nightmares.

For most, the Dreamscape is just a resting stop, so to speak only visited during sleep but for some, they cannot leave. For whatever reasons, some become trapped and lost among the ever-shift worlds of the Dreamscape. More and more, people are falling asleep and never waking up again. Something dangerous, something out of a nightmare perhaps, is luring and trapping people in the lands of the Dreaming.
