The point is there aren't really good or bad guys. The world isn't so black and white :3 Flashover was a rebel, and therefore likely seen as 'good', and he turned out to be a psychotic douchebag who would have burned the City to the ground if it'd prove his point.

I wouldn't put much faith in good or bad here XD
