@Sembu: The usual thing would be them falling ill. Since they do not have stomachs to digest the food yet

Xiu: ... ... and Sigels seem to be able to eat some solids... I am just not sure where the undigested portion of the food goes...

What happens if a frei eats a lot of normal food or overly processed food?

Yes, as Rapid mentioned. They will feel a prolonged period of discomfort. Kind of like indigestion, or heart burn in the Frei's case XD;; But for a prolonged period of time as their (incomplete) body tries to digest/absorb the food eaten. Maybe up to days or a week!

Some more natural type food like fruits and veges should be easier to digest.
