i find that if you don't want to break the lower leg bone then your best option is to saw at the ankle joint

any kind of saw will do but the higher the quality the less work involved
i would also advise either doing this in the bath or laying down a lot of plastic sheeting

My feet are wrecked from roller skating. Scars from blisters and hardened skin on the bottom of my big toes and heels.
