Oh, understandable. I'm not a huge fan of rubber gloves, so I don't wear them while I clean either.
Hand sanitizer is a wonderful thing. xD I carry a bottle with me everywhere. I would wash my hands like crazy though, too, if I had your job.
I have a hand sanitizer thing in my purse I use all the time. Some people think it's weird when I pull it out and use it. To be honest, I thought I would too, but there is no soap that I can use, and I guess since I have started working there, I have become less of a germphob.
