This is a Tier 1 ET DM between the usernames TDA_ExcaIibur and Amaranthine Valentine. NPCs are prohibited. You're restricted to one in character post per turn. < I have to mention that these days.
Posting order: Amaranthine Valentine (the challenger) followed up by TDA_ExcaIibur and proceeding in the following order. If your username is not listed in the posting order, you may not post in this thread. There is no posting time limit, but you may not back out once started. You have the option of posting your RPC profile as part of your introduction post or explaining it in such a way to where you incorporate the necessary details to make your RPC still valid.
Type of matchup: T1: ET (Evolved Technology)
Since ETHS is outdated and SciFi is on the way, I thought I'd rush up and port one of my V1 forms into the T1 system to get us ready for adjusted rules.
The main feature of ET as opposed to ETHS is the racial limitation spectrum. Aliens, playable androids, cyborgs, and subjects of genetic modification were eschewed from ETHS due to the compromising aspect of "Human Standards." This doesn't allow for overpowering or significant UM, MP, and PC racial/enhanced abilities or traits to factor, and such concepts will be grounds for DQ under godmodding. But for Science Fiction and Futuristic Military, ET will prove to be much more versatile than it's outdated sister.
Overall: ET, as its name suggests, is more E.T.-friendly!

This form most resembles the style of T1: ETHS (Evolved Technology, Human Standards) while fixing some of the many errors that had ensued, such as... Human Standards.
T1: ET is expected to be the prime choice of those who participate in Futuristic/Alternate Dimension Military role play as well as Science Fiction role play.
ET allows the use of technology-based energy weapons and defenses as well as prospective scientific efforts in the form of cloning, Human and Genetic Modifications, Androids and Cyborgs, Super-suits and Exoskeletons, Space Travel, Time Travel, Inter-dimensional Networks, et cetera, as long as they are properly explained with a scientific basis. Any concepts that mistakenly edit the nature of currently-known theories, laws, astrological nomenclature, (or any other miscellaneous scientific strata) due to error (such as mistaking Mars as a Jovian rather than a Terrestrial planet) are subject to omission or disqualification for blatant disregard of science/physics, depending on the severity of the case. There are no available magical, philosophical, spiritual, religious, or otherwise inexplicable forces in this style of role play.

The location is a humid desert with calm winds. The sky is very plain and the temperature is 97 degrees Fahrenheit. The time is 1900 and it's almost sunset.

By posting, the combatants agree to follow all the rules listed in the rule-set. There are no judges and no OOC thread. Vehicles of any kind are restricted. This includes Gundams, Walkers and Starships. Jetpacks for flight is an exemption of this rule. Using Weapons of Mass Destruction is also prohibited.
