I wanna do Eleventh cosplay, but I need help with items and what shops to find them in.

My recommendation is always eBay when it comes to cosplay shopping.
It's much cheaper than buying it in store, and there is so much choices. Considering which Eleven outfit you're doing would vary the chances of eBay even having those choices. But it's always good start there.

I second the eBay suggestion. However, if that is not possible, try thrift shops.

You can find a lot of websites that will 'break down' the costume.

Of course,that appears to be really in depth, but you can use it to find similar clothes from ebay, thrift shops, normal shops, and even your closet.

Some Books a Million shops carry an 11 jacket right now for around fifty bucks. I can't attest to the quality, but it's an option. biggrin

overstock clothing stores can be a good place to get some of the basics for cheap. Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, but check thrift stores first.

Sometimes party supply stores have fez's in their costume areas.

Pretty sure Amazon had some decent fez's last time I looked and would probably have bow ties too.
