Consider the dice roll they made was highly improbable. 1498 was extremely lucky.

There are 100^20 possible combinations we could have in that thread. The vast majority are going to fall in the 900-1100 range. This one will take a while.

its more like the killing blow roller didn't pm the post to him, the last etheos i did had 3 kill blows and he ended up fleeing because no one pmed him

They don't flee because they weren't PM'd. He's been PM'd on many, if not all of his threads; he flees because that's how the event goes. We have no control over it.

He only takes one correct roll to die; whoever's playing him has just had incredible luck both times - both of the rolls have been in the 1400s, which makes them both super unlikely.

Pyvern also had 20d100s but he rolled a number much closer to the average, so his event was over quicker.
