Details:
3-4 people
casual type of thing, artistic freedom
Link/referral exchange incentives
Dice roll?

Procedure:
[_]Gather up the victims artists
[_]Create a nifty layout
[_]Create thread and exchange links

Auction lasts for 1 or 2 weeks majority vote

[_]Auction winner discusses plans with us, then we approve or suggest changes or alternatives
[_]Once approved, winner will initiate a trade with each of the artists with the appropriate amount. Let the trade stand.
[_]We then send the rough draft to winner within 2 weeks to make sure it's going as expected
[_]The artists will send the winner a watermarked final within 4 weeks of initial approval.
[_]Winner completes the trade in order to receive the final version
