If any of you played the send in the clones DLC mission, it's what Saints Row 4 is based all around, a ******** up version of Saints Flow (the drink) gives you MEGA AWESOME super powers smile Heres the teaser -

The drink might be part of it but the game was made around Enter The Dominatrix the DLC that never came out for 3 but was used to make SR4 instead.

Exactly, the Dominatrix was one of the drinks, hence it is a very large evil drink, seen in the trailer.

It worked enough to keep the series going.

i think he meant Saints Row was the only the series it's worked for, which i disagree with. Fallout: NV can be pretty wacky. Along with most indie games out there (Super Meat Boy, etc.)

this, the series peaked at saints 2

they also destroyed the character's saints 2 gave us. shaundi is now a stone cold b***h instead of a lovable druggie, pierce who everybody loved to rip on just became annoying and although saints 3 actually was fun...it was painfully short and it also tried too hard.

also, no more getting high and no more freckle bitches?

if only saints 4 was just another saints 2, but used every positive thing from saints 3(as small of a selection and as restrictive as any of it was)

I want to believe that the trailer is just showing us what was supposed to be in the SRTT DLC Enter the Dominatrix.. that what they're not showing is stuff that makes it SR4.

I'm not expecting another SR2, that'd be too much to hope for, but I do think they're not showing us a LOT of stuff.. or I hope.

It's a shame that everything looks the same as SRTT, right down to the pedestrians and the cars, in that trailer. I hope they release another one soon-ish that shows actual NEW CONTENT.

... but I'll still be getting the game. I'm such a sucker for cheeseball sandbox fun. lol

Especially terrible, however WaW was not over the top. The Russians massacred the Germans without mercy and the Japanese fought to the death in that manner. That was historically accurate.
