You can't anymore it was given to the people that didn't abuse the glitch that gave away CL 18 rings (how long ago?)

It's been a while.

Now the questions come from angry, spoiled children who weren't playing by the rules and refuse to accept that they got punished, a very few upset people who legitimately were due the ring and didn't receive it, and new players wondering why they're being shunned for not having a ring they can't get, period.
