I dare say I feel more uncomfortable about Obama than Romney.

If Obama was going to do anything productive, it'd be done by now. But all he cared about for the past four years was changing health care, of which he only made worse. Health care reform wasn't what the majority of people wanted, and as president his soul purpose- his job- is to listen to the people and what they want; not ignore their wants and force upon them what he THINKS is best for them because they're too stupid to make decisions themselves.

Being a servant of the people, that's ALL a president needs to do. Listen to the people and give them what they want, even if you don't agree with it. He failed to do that so I won't be voting for him.

Because if I get raped and pregnant via said rape, I'll actually have the option of getting an abortion, as opposed to being told "Aww, but rape is just another form of conception. Congratulations on having a baby via violent crime! Just don't come crying to use after it's born. We won't give you squat."

i'd vote for Obama because he did what Bush never did during his term.

You are forgetting the fact that the President (no matter who it is) cannot really do anything without the final approval of Congress. Any veto the President gives can be over turned by a 2/3's vote by Congress. If Congress is not cooperating (especially now since election day is getting so close and because of the fact that they decided to put certain things off til January, this country is about to go broke), Obama cannot do anything about it. Look at what happened when He decided to use Presidential powers of s different sort to answer to the problem of health care - a policy Romney wrote (and is prolly mad that he isn't getting the Presidential credit he was gonna try to get)

The Republicans in the Senate and Congress SAID that they were gonna make sure he was a one-term President. They said it the day after election day.
I especially feel uncomfortable with Romney because he is backed up by the Tea Party whom I wish would just shut it and go away now.

Obama tries. He was counting on the economy picking up and tried to do some things to help that. Unfortunately it did not work. But at least over a million people go to keep their jobs... for now.
Read up on Clinton's time in office. A lot of what he did was undone by Congress.

Yes. Obama, as amazing as he is, somewhere along the way decided that taking the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act that Clinton signed out of order (that was back in July, I believe). That was one of the best things Clinton ever did (don't know why people give him so much hell- I think he was a good president). But yea, so now people don't need to work, have jobs, or generally try at all at life to get welfare. They just sit on their asses and watch the cash flow in. And why not? They have the right idea, if you ask me.

That's just one cruddy example of why I can't stand the guy. But anyway. You're right. Our government is divided into three branches, each having its own play at power. Everyone knows that. However, if you look back at the Bush administration, he had the exact same problem. Not only that, but the actual policies Obama's wanting to put in make me GLAD that congress is fighting it. Ever consider they're doing the right thing and not just playing dickass political games? Well, even if they aren't, I'm still glad.

Obama just flat-out scares me, and I'm honestly on the verge of seeing him as a socialist with all these programs he wanting to come out with to make people so damn dependent on the government.
