That depends on what you want to do.

You can play one of the games Gaia has under the games tab, you can browse the shops and marketplace for items you may like. You can converse on topics that interest you in various forums.

You could roleplay, you can play other games in the forums, like word games and such. You can pop into towns and hang out with people or collect bugs/trash/flowers. You can find a guild that you like and participate in that.

You can dress up your avatar, you can participate in the arena. You can customise your profile.

There are loads of things you can do, but it really depends what you want to do.
