I am perfectly capable of cooking, cleaning, gardening, arranging meetings, buffets and events. I can iron, wash and dry clothes accordingly, no matter what their material.

My only other condition just happens to be that I remain allowed to wear my current uniform as it is easier to get around in, my lord. -bows-

I can send and receive/keep messages for you when you are away and can remind you of anything you need reminding of. I can provide dance lessons as well.

Mmn. Well it appears you can string together a sentence without stammering like mad.
Strange you would find trousers easier to move about in, though I hardly care what you wear so long as you can do your work properly
I doubt I would have much work for you, as when Sebastian is around he does tend to keep the manor spotless.
Your main duties would be providing me with company and entertainment when Sebastian is away.
And preparing sweets and tea when I desire them.

Typically Sebastian finds the servants for the manor.
Incompetent as they may be as servants, they prove to be brilliant at their skills in combat.
They protect the manor with abilities only they posses.
Mmn.. I suppose a pair of hands actually hired to perform the role of a maid and nothing more may prove useful.
