Just curious, as for now..

And, only reason I'm writing in English is, I'm Scandinavian.. And I didn't want to discriminate anyone from Finland or Iceland~
We may not be sharing a common language.. But we still share a great amount of history and culture.

Would love to speak natively to any Scandinavians though, if you're even out there~

You guys are like the Nordic ninjas O:
Seriously, the Swedes are always obvious, and the Norwegians state very clearly who they are too, the Danes are a bit trickier, but eventually you figure it out.. But you guys... If I ever see one of those flag-counters, the Finn-count is amazingly high, yet finding them.. Not so easy cat_ninja

Men innrøm at det er noe av det første vi nevner ved oss selv..?

Det er få Nordmenn som våger å tale mot Norge..
Jeg elsker Norge selv, er alt for nasjonalistisk, men.. Heldigvis for meg er jeg realist også, og har kritisert landet så sterkt at de internasjonale klassekameratene mine trodde jeg hatet det :B

Nordic ninjas? Haha biggrin Well, that could be a bit realistic... People from other Nordic countries do not understand our language, but we can understand (at least a little) others since we know some Swedish. It is, after all, a compulsory subject at school.

Oh well, things are going OK at the moment, thanks for asking. How are you doing? biggrin

Hvor nordmenn sier om Norge, spørs helst på hvem de snakker med razz Snakker de md utlendinger så forguder vi Norge og priser det opp i skyene, men alle går rundt hele vinteren og sier "Jeg vil bort herfra ,det er for kaldt" razz
Jeg elsker Norge jeg også, og når jeg er ute å reiser så savner jeg det dypt, siden det jo er godt å komme hjem, men med en gang jeg har vært hjemme en uke vil jeg bort igjen razz

I'm just curious -- Finnish is a separate language, right? It's not descended from Teutonic?

Nordic ninjas? Haha biggrin Well, that could be a bit realistic... People from other Nordic countries do not understand our language, but we can understand (at least a little) others since we know some Swedish. It is, after all, a compulsory subject at school.

I'm actually starting to get intimidated~
My Finnish boss had the most adorable accent~ She was speaking Norwegian, using a lot of Swedish words, pronouncing them in Finnish cat_razz

Easter break, or any break, tends to be refreshing~
I'd be doing great if it wasn't for the fact that I've been awfully sick the past couple of weeks OTL and it just won't go away D:
