OP instead of being a silly willy walnut head, and asking random people on the internet what they think about your appearance, you should decide what YOU think about your appearance.

This is the internet. The nice thing about it is that no one has to know what you look like, and instead of being judged by your appearance you are being judged by your personality.

It's really hard to tell in this photo because there is no relative size and we can' tell what your height is overall.

My gut says "no", but you are kind of chubby, if that's what you're asking. I think girls are "supposed" to be squishy, though. I honestly wouldn't know.

She looks like she is wearing skinny jeans, which can make some girls look like they have a bit of a muffin top. Although for some it looks more like a cupcake top. XD
