Hey Lanzer and Co:

Been having a problem with the fish from the Dumpster Dive - immediately after saving the tank, they die, and go belly-up but without any notification or drops popping up in my inventory. Would you be able to look into this?

Yeah we're going to bring item contest back. Working on details and hopefully we'll have details for you all pretty soon.

Gino's in his early 20's and Meili's old... he's a demi-god so he's been around for a while.

Lol I put a petition for that last year with zOMG! dev sd dolls in it, but it's ok I guess if it can't happen, but sd dolls would be cool.

Thanks for the great billing question! Just so you know, you don't have to have a Paypal account to use your credit card to purchase Gaia cash. Although the payment is processed using the Paypal payment page, it doesn't require a Paypal account to make the purchase, and you'll be billed like a regular credit card charge.

To use a credit card for a cash purchase, take the following steps:

1) Go to http://www.gaiaonline.com/payments and select the 'Credit Card" option. You'll see a Paypal payment screen pop-up but not to worry - this just processes the transaction, but doesn't mean you need a Paypal account.

2) Click the link that says "Buy as Guest" and you'll enter the credit card payment flow. Follow the steps and you should be able to purchase your Gaia cash.

We've got some plans that when they're released, we really hope you guys will be happy with it. Yes I'm being coy, b/c I don't want to promise something we end up not being able to deliver. But the plot is really important to us, and we're definitely paying attention to it. All I can ask you to do is be patient for a bit until we're further down the path and would be able to talk in more detail.

I can't answer from a dev side because I don't know the technical answer to it, but if you submit a ticket to our Help Center (http://www.gaiaonline.com/help) we can look into granting back any fish that were lost this way. We've done this in the past when we had Aquarium fish death issues.
