Black Crests are a Bonus Item when crafting one of the three original Crests. Essentially you have a small chance to obtain it when you craft any of the other Crests.
It might take a lot of crafting to get, since it is supposed to be a somewhat rare occurrence.

It's a rare bonus item you get randomly while crafting any of the other three Heart Crests... I can't personally confirm as I'm still trying to get one myself, but that's what I've been told.

There's another thread going as well dedicated to just the event formulas, so it's a bit easier when they're focusing on just the new ones coming out and with so many people on top of it at once

Usually I check the Bifrost every couple of hours. And I've been buying the new formulas to get the component lists. I usually keep a free slot open in my store in case I can't find the mp link for the formula. xP

I think the only ones of the new formulas this month I haven't actually purchased are the Project Ticket formulas.

Yeah... the formulas for tickets are not something I'm keen on dropping that much gold just to see. Not to mention even making them requires obscene amounts of Golden Fragments and gold. Seems an odd thing for Gaia to really charge money to begin with though. Essentially, with the tickets you are paying Gaia so that they use your item idea to make them money....
