Asuya's never been quite sure on what to say when people asked about the way he acts. He usually says that he's slightly cold to people, but it's because of the fact that he didn't have many friends as a kid and was never really around people. I usually speak my mind and some people resent me for that. He's slightly anti-social and doesn't know how to react to large crowds of people.

However, his parents told him that he has a 'heart-of-gold', whatever that means. If he's comfortable with opening up to you... You will see more of, well, him. He's actually a very patient person. He's also quite smart, due to spending most of his time studying and reading. He can be friendly when he wants to be and if you two are close enough, he will put your needs ahead of his own. Asuya honestly hates seeing people sad and he will do everything in his power to make someone happy...

tab tab tab tab Biography
A little over sixteen years ago, Asuya's parents had found each other. His mother's car had a flat tired and the only place she could find that was nearby was a small mechanic shop called 'UZUHARA'S'. So she went inside and talked to the head mechanic about fixing her car. And something just... sparked between the two and ever since that day, they found themselves together almost all of the time. About five months into their relationship, though, she found out that she was pregnant with a child. The two soon eloped and nine months later Asuya was born.

In Asuya's early school years, right off the bat he was deemed as the 'quiet weird kid'. Apparently there was something weird about children who wore glasses and just was quiet in general. So most of his early schooling, Asuya spent the time studying to get good grades and reading books to entertain himself. He had almost no friends, so he spent a lot of time in his father's mechanic shop. At first he didn't get to do anything big, but over time the others let him start helping fixing pieces on the cars. However, as Asuya grew older, another child was born into his family. His younger sister. As soon as she was born, he felt like he didn't belong with his family. Due to his younger sister have a few health problems, his parents were always taking care of her and were just always with her. Sometimes his mother forgot to cook him meals too. Because of all of this, he spent a lot of time outside of the house and at the library or at his father's mechanic shop, helping with as much as the others would.

When Asuya was fourteen, he met some people at the library. It was just a small book club and the group of them all read the same types of books and really enjoyed the same things. It was weird for Asuya, since he never really... had any friends before. But these group of people always invited him out and even gave him a nickname, 'Tsuya-kun'. For the next two years the group was seen together a lot. Asuya learned many things from those people and he enjoyed calling them his friends.

However, tragedy struck when he was sixteen. Someone who lived in a small town known as Inaba had died and someone else was sick. The sick person had reached out to Asuya's mother and her family. Despite how much he honestly didn't want to go, Asuya had to. So he moved with his mother, sister and father down to Inaba and finished middle school being home schooled.

But his parents told him that when highschool started, that he had to go because they couldn't homeschool him anymore. Honestly Asuya doesn't know what to do when school rolls around, since he's never really been to a real school before.

Today was Asuya's first day of real school. Before this, his parents had homeschooled him. They thought that it'd be better to homeschool him so he wouldn't be bullied. But honestly homeschooling was just... lonely. He didn't make any friends at all, besides the people who had worked in his father's mechanic shop, until he was fourteen. That was two years ago. But he couldn't even see them now. He had moved to Inaba from the big city himself and now he was alone. Again. This time, though, Asuya figured that maybe, just maybe, he could make friends. Especially since it was a real high school.

Ever since Asuya was a child, he's been calm and collected. He had always figured that if he kept to himself and not really involved himself with anyone in the family, he wouldn't have a problem. He's quiet and doesn't talk very much, really only when spoken too. He has a soft spot for many of his family members, but that doesn't mean that he has to be nice to them or talk to them, right? He doesn't get angry easily and when he does, he usually goes away and takes it out on something that isn't a living, breathing thing. But most of the time, Asuya is just calm and collected, like he has been his entire life.

Asuya was the first to be transformed. It made sense, right? The first in the tale was the rat, so it would make sense that the rat was the first, right? Well that just seemed to make Asuya's life harder than it ever needed to be.

He was born into a family of Sohma's, both of which hadn't really heard of the curse that was there generations ago. So when his mother held him in his arms, after carrying him for nine months, so excited to meet her little boy for the first time... what would you expect? So as soon as he poofed into a puff of smoke and came out as a rat, Asuya's life was turned upside down. He was taken to the head estate and was then on separated from his parents. It was probably for the best, though. What kind of parents would want a rat, a cursed for a child?

But ever since he was taken into the main estate and taken care of by the others, the one who treated him more like a monster than a human being, he didn't really care for life at all. Asuya flew by in school getting decent grades and doing what he was told. He kept a good wall up between his family members and never talked back, since he didn't want to get in trouble. Sure, he was the eldest, but so what? That just made it worse if he talked back. Asuya grew up the way that he thought was right, especially when he was the first of the curse to come back and he just knew everyone blamed him.

But now he goes to college and works at the public library. He's quiet around his family and would rather force himself into a world of fantasies by books, rather than face reality. Because in books... you don't have to be who you are. You can become the character on those pages.

The night had been long. Longer than the green haired - keep in mind that it was dyed green - boy thought. By the time that he was finished cleaning his room and re-arranging things, the sun was already peeking out from behind some clouds. Yet again he had gone another sleepless night. Those seemed to be happening a lot, lately. Whenever he decided that it was time to hit the sack, he found himself just laying awake for endless hours. Thinking. Dreaming. Remembering. And remembering was something at Asuya Sohma, the Rat of the Cursed, really didn't like to do. But not remembering was hard. Especially for him....

Asuya dragged himself out of his bed that he was laying on moments ago, and stumbled his way towards his dresser. He hadn't slept much in the past 72 hours, he's dead tired. He needed something to wake him up. And his escape-goat was coffee. It was always coffee. So he reached into his closet and pulled out his usual garb. A white shirt, a tan sweater vest and a pair of jeans. As soon as he was dressed, he slowly made his way down the hall and towards the bathroom. He fumbled around inside, cleaning up his image and fixing his hair. He glanced around the bathroom, looking for his glasses. That's peculiar... I thought that they were right here.... Just He wondered, as he opened the mirror door and shut it again. Just the thought of loosing his glasses again really irked him. Asuya finished getting himself ready, before he made his way down the stairs.

However, he paused, upon hearing voices in the kitchen. Who was up so early? Asuya slowly swept through the living room area and continued his way into the kitchen. He stopped in front of the coffee pot and flicked the 'ON' switch, before he turned and faced the others. His crimson eyes gazed over them. Tsuyu, the head of the house, rabbit cursed. Akira, cat cursed, the one who holds that stupid grudge. Akiko, the dog. And lastly there was that outsider. What was his name again? It started with a K... Asuya put a hand on his head and decided to not strain himself on trying to remember the outsider's name. Besides, it's not like they've ever said a word to each other before.

Asuya's eyes swept towards Akira. He was going to make a big deal about him being here, wasn't he? That was always the case. Although Asuya never understood. Why would someone hold a grudge upon something that happened generations upon generations ago? Maybe it's just the age Akira was... Asuya turned back towards the coffee pot and kept his eyes planted on it, waiting for the soothing drink to be done. "Tsuyu... you wouldn't happen to have seen my glasses around, have you? Yet again, I seemed to have misplaced them." He asked in a calm tone, before he turned his head and looked over his shoulder, down at the cat, "Unless you took them. Again. Please tell me you didn't. That was my last pair."

I'd rather die σиcɛ than live a тнσʋƨαи∂ times!

Keiichi never really had a hard life. His parents were more on the richer side of the Sohma family and when he had changed in his mother's arms, she didn't care. In fact, she loved him even more! She always did say that she loved dragons (although he turned into a seahorse). Keiichi's father was a rich man and he provided his son with the best things. Keiichi got whatever he wanted in life. He got fancy clothes, a nice male-only private school, and all the love that he could get.

However Keiichi never asked for any of that. His entire left felt like it was a book written by someone else. Page by page it was written, making him do things he never wanted to do. So Keiichi started acting out, lashing at his parents and at the tutors that he had around. He lashed out at the maid's and everyone in his family. One day he made the mistake of hugging a female and he transformed in front of her. She called him a monster and he did the thing that he was supposed to do. He erased her memories.

When Keiichi was about sixteen, his parents decided that he was becoming too much for them to handle. So he was sent off to live on the Sohma estate. Every once in a while, his parents come around to visit him, but he doesn't care. He just doesn't have the heart to care about them or really, anything else at all. Recently Keiichi has sort of started to open up to his family members again, mostly because he finds the fact that bringing in outsider's will be very... interesting.

( T I T U S )It was finally the afternoon! While most people enjoyed the afternoon - usually it meant the end of their day shifts - it was nearing the time that TJ had to be at work. And boy was he not feeling work tonight. Maybe it was the fact that his birthday was the next day or maybe it was the fact that he was, for some reason, feeling very... anxious. And he usually didn't feel like that unless he figured something bad was going to happen. And boy did he pray that nothing bad was going to happen. His poor little heart wouldn't be able to take it. Not again, anyway.

From the moment the sun had arrived, TJ had been awake. It was probably a bad thing too, seeing as how he hadn't gone to bed the night before until the wee hours of the night. But a soon as the sun peeked through his damned window, he was awake. And, as much as he wished he could go back to bed, he was cursed with being awake. There was no way TJ was going back to bed. So he spent most of his morning making coffee and drinking it, trying to wake himself up more. Now he wasn't a big coffee drinker, but he really only drank it on occasions or when he needed a pick-me-up. And that seemed to be the case. Mostly because TJ found himself staring at the calender on his wall and just... thinking back to his family.

It had been years since he last saw them. Would they even remember that his birthday was so soon? No, probably not. They didn't celebrate it after his brothers came into the world. But then his mind started to drift off as he wondered what his parents thought when he ran away. Did they care? Did they even try to find him? No, why would they? TJ was an accident in their eyes. A mistake that came and they were stuck with, too afraid to get rid of. A thing that was there to interrupt the new family that his parents decided to build. Did they... even care that their first born was gone? Did they even care that Titus Jansky wasn't around anymore...?

TJ found himself to be too angry to care. He hated thinking about his parents! It always made him angrier than he needed to be. So he went off and took a long, hot shower and got dressed for the day. By the time he was ready, though, it was the afternoon - 4 p.m. to be specific - and he already smoked half a pack of cigarettes. He was addicted. Stupid things. When he was for sure ready, TJ took one last look at the calender, before he opened his front door and escaped into the real world.

The first day of fall always brought a sort of peace to him whenever he was upset. The cool breeze and the scent of fall was wonderful. Really, it just warmed his heart. But what really warmed his heart was the fact that it was the afternoon and he knew exactly what he was going to do to kill some time before he had to head off towards the tavern. It was simple, really. He'd spend his day like he normally would with the one person he truly liked to be around. Or the one person he actually knew liked him enough to keep him around; Salisbury Aldsworth. TJ always knew that some people questioned their so-called "friendship." If the two were placed in a room together, someone would think that the two would be at each other's throats instead of just talking and Salisbury ignoring every single pick-up line and flirtatious gesture that TJ throws at him. Their friendship was more than just bumming cigarettes from each other and Salisbury pretending to listen to TJ complain about things that were stupid in the first place.

Salisbury was a saint and TJ was anything but that.

The arrival at the florist told TJ that it wasn't going to be just him and Salisbury today. At least not at first. But he didn't care. Sometimes an audience was a good thing, right? So, as dramatically as he could, he pushed open the doors and caught wind of what the girl had asked. "Fall thirteenth, my dear, is the day of Salisbury's birthday!" TJ stated with a proud smile on his face. Sometimes he was glad that he came in at the weirdest times. TJ then began his journey inside the flower shop. He strode around, taking in all the beautiful flowers and debating which one to grab so he could work his... usual magic, per say.

His hand stretched out to a beautiful red rose and picked it up. He examined it in his fingers and honestly it was probably one of the most beautiful he'd ever seen. Salisbury was amazing with his flowers. Damn that silly flower boy. With a turn on his feel, TJ continued his way towards his friend. He arrived and looked at the boy, a usual stupid grin on his face, as he held out the flower and stated, "Oh sorry, I was just showing this flower how beautiful you are."

                                            There was a long pause.

                                            A really long pause.

Until TJ's smile broke and he let out a laugh. "O-oh my god, Sal, the look on your face! Oh man, that was priceless! You were all like 'What in the actual hell are you saying, TJ? Are you an imbecile?' And the answer to that is I thought of that last night and figured I should use it on you before it's too late~!" His laugh turned soft and he shifted his position so he was next to Salisbury. His arm had snaked it's way around his friend's waist and he couldn't help but grin.

Honestly how did Salisbury put up with him at all?

tab tab tab tab Biography
A mistake. That's what Asuya was. And that's what he's been called every day of his life. See, here's the thing, his parents had gotten together when they were young. Very young. Late teens. But one day his mother had found out that she was pregnant and her parents had kicked her out of the house and out of their life. They refused to support a daughter who was carrying a mistake, something that had no right to be born. His father had been forced to marry the girl he was just starting to love and take her into his home. As soon as both of them were 18, his parents had kicked him and her out and the two of them struggled for a long time.

Struggled to live, struggled to take care of the son that they desperately didn't want. Struggled to take care of themselves.

However, when Asuya turned seven, his whole life did a complete 180 and everything changed. His father - Darrin - had a sudden promotion in his job and he got raised high in the chain. Which meant money. Which meant that his sad little life of struggling was quickly changing. Along with that, his mother - Genora - had started talking to her family again after years of not speaking. For some reason things seemed to be okay with them after all that time. So Asuya had moved into a bigger house and got whatever he asked for, but he knew that his parents were happy in providing that. But... maybe they were starting to accept that they had a son... maybe, just maybe...

At least that's what Asuya thought before he turned eight and his twin sisters were born. Apparently his parents were just in the right place to have children again. Which was bad for Asuya because that meant that he was nothing to his parents. They ignored him almost 100% of the time.

Around the age of fourteen, Asuya was out of his house most of the time. He spent most of his day and time at the library or being homeschooled. But at the library, he had joined a book club. It wasn't a big book club, no. But it was big enough to where Asuya could at least say that he had friends. They even gave him a silly nickname, 'Tsuya-kun'. And for the next two years of his life, he was happy. Happy that he had friends who cared about him and made him feel like he wasn't, well, a mistake.

However, tragedy struck when he was sixteen. Someone who lived in a small town known as Inaba had died and someone else was sick apparently. The sick person had reached out to Asuya's mother and her family. Despite how much he honestly didn't want to go, Asuya had to. It's not like he could support himself anyway. So he moved with his mother, sisters and father down to Inaba and finished middle school being home schooled.

But his parents told him that when highschool started, that he had to go because they couldn't homeschool him anymore (they were just tired of seeing his face probably). Honestly Asuya doesn't know what he's going to do at all, since he's never been to a real school before...

                                                              "Mom, dad, I'm leaving."

The young boy waited for a reply from his two parents who were currently standing in the kitchen with his younger twin sisters. But, like usual, there was no reply. They didn't even pay him a second glance as he waited patiently by the door for about a minute. It wasn't uncommon for the young boy to say something to his parents and not get anything in return from them. They didn't care about him, what he did or what he could do. They only cared about the two twin girls that they had. They didn't care about their son. With a sigh and a hand through his hair, the boy turned and left the house without a "goodbye" following him.

The walk to Yasogami High was long and dreadful. Mostly because he was lost since he was new to the small town and really he hadn't thought of going out before today and looking around. But really it was just dreadful because he had started to have thoughts of the words he usually heard from his parents. Mistake. That was the big one. For most of his life, that's all that Asuya Uzuhara had heard from his parents when they were referring to their eldest, and only, son. Apparently it was his fault that he was born. Not his parents. His. Of course, over time, he let the word stop being so painful. It... it didn't matter. He knew he wasn't a mistake. His friends of two years had always reminded him that he wasn't. Although he can't see them anymore, their words still hung in his head. Plus, they also contacted him at least once a week to make sure he was alive and well. As annoying as that was sometimes, he was thankful that his friends didn't forget about him.

The arrival to Yasogami High was inevitable. How did Asuya make it to the school? He honestly didn't know. He was so lost in thought that it seemed that his legs had found their way to the school on their own. That was a good thing, at least. With a dreadful sigh escaped his lips, he swiftly walked into the school. Right away he was taken aback by the people. It was still early morning and there weren't many people there, but it was just... scary. Never before had he walked into a real school and boy was it overwhelming. His eyes shifted down to the piece of paper that was gripped tightly in his hands. It appeared to seem that he was in class 1-1. Now where in the hell was that?

Behind a pair of thick, black frames, his crimson eyes shifted around. He was awkwardly placed in the middle of the hallway. He could tell people were getting frustrated with him, but no one had asked him to move. God they probably thought he was a loser. With a hand raked through his hair, he shifted his bag and started a trek towards the lockers. Maybe, just maybe, he could... ask an upperclassman to show him around. That... that would be good, right?

When he arrived at the lockers, his eyes trailed over the people. There were so many people. But his eyes landed upon a particular pair. A girl that had just bumped into a guy. Asuya hesitated his next step. Did he really want to interrupt the pair? Well... he didn't really have any choice. His pace towards the duo was slow, but he had finally reached them. His eyes wandered towards the pair and his voice was quiet when he mumbled, "Sorry to interrupt... but would either of you know where classroom 1-1 is...?"

                                                              God this was so awkward.

Asuya hated himself for being so awkward.

One would think that if you're afraid of the ocean, that you'd outright avoid it, wouldn't you? Well, in the case of Fenric de'Morte, that was wrong. Sure, of course he hated the ocean. Hundreds of years ago he died in the ocean. But today... but today he felt like he needed an escape. So, at the wee hours of the morning, he left his "home" and went to the beach. Despite his fear of water, it was calming. Avoiding the ocean for nearly 100 years would do that to a ghost. 100 years of avoiding a fear that can't even hurt him anymore. He was a ghost now, the water couldn't hurt him.

                                                              ....

Okay, even if that was the case, Fenric was still afraid. The water was the last thing that he remembered when he had died oh-so long ago. But for some reason he felt so... so... like the water was just calling him, okay? So Fenric had spent a few hours standing---floating---by the ocean, staring out at the waves. Watching the sun rise. It was calming and it let him get his thoughts together, at least. He thought about the first moments he arrived at Houseki Meadows. He thought about how he went around to person to person, trying to talk to them. How no one could see him, let alone hear him!

When Fenric thought all was lost, he had raised his voice once more for someone--anyone--to hear him. And someone did hear him. A man named Lucifer di Angelo. The man had come up to him and asked him what was wrong and why he looked so lonely. Fenric had thought the man was stupid for not realizing what he was. And Lucifer did not believe that he was actually a ghost until the day he saw Fenric phase through some walls and his hands just passing right through some objects. Anyway, ever since the day they met and Lucifer practically adopted him; Fenric had been staying with him. Or staying with him as much as he could. It's not like he sleeps and whenever Lucifer goes to bed, it gets boring. And whenever he tries to pick up objects, it tires him out too much. Really, the life of a ghost was hard!!

But now it was 11 in the morning and Fenric decided a few minutes ago that it was time to wake up his friend. So he made him way back to the Sapphire district, where his and Lucifer's house was. He glided past people, weaving in and out of them. Sure, he could phase through people, but that took a lot of energy and he just wasn't feeling up to it! Not right now, anyway. When he arrived in front of the house, he faked knocking on the door and shouted when he phased through it, "Luci, I'm home~!"

                                                              No response.

Lucifer was not still asleep, was he? It was 11 in the morning, for god's sake! He rolled his eyes, before he went through the house and into the bedroom. And there he was, the green haired god still asleep in his bed. Fenric let out a scoff, before he floated towards the bed and was next to it. Now how was he going to wake up Lucifer? It was at moment's like these that he wished he could actually touch things. So he could touch Lucifer and shake his sleeping form! Without another thought in mind, he decided to bring his fingers to his mouth and let out a whistle as loud as he could.

"Lucifer di Angelo, get your sleeping butt out of bed and wake up! I'm bored! Entertain me!!" The was a very obvious whine in his voice, "Let's go to the ranch today! I wanna see the animals! Or, oo, even the church! I've been wondering for a while now if someone at the church could see me..." He hovers above the bed, pretending to sit on it, and sits cross-legged, "I swear if you don't get up soon, I'm going to take over you again and make you do somethings stupid in front of everyone."

Sometimes he liked being a ghost.
