Itachi is near the top, though I'm kind of torn whether or not he's really a loving brother or a badass...or both.

Pain, Konan, and Kisame make up the rest of my favorites for differing reasons.

Sasori, Deidra, Kisame, and, of course, Itachi. I don't think Orochimaru would count, even though he was a member for a bit...so I won't add him. But Itachi's my love.
