Hey everyone, my name is Rae and I'm the founder of RRC.
I've been part of the gambling scene for quite a while now (over 2 years? or possibly 3? I'm not sure!)
The first big casino I was a part of was the Black Magick Casino. I'm sure anyone who has been gambling for a while has been there, or has at least heard about it. It was a great place to gamble and I know that everyone misses it, as well as the owner Roachy! (who thankfully still stops by from time to time.)
The second major casino I was a part of was Terra Luna Casino. Unfortunately right now TLC is on a hiatus, and I'm not sure if anyone knows when it will come back.
I'm hoping that I myself can make a casino that will be as great a place to bet as BMC & TLC were.

I just wanted to make some things clear in this here introduction as to not create drama of any sorts if you know me from other casinos. I did not make this casino to be "in competition" with the other casinos. I've always wanted to make a casino of my own but was too scared I would get haters from the other casinos that I loved gambling at.
The point of having more than one casino is not so that we can see which is "the best". It's so that if a person doesn't feel comfortable in one casino, they have another to go to. Each place is going to be run differently, and is going to have certain people who like it more than other casinos.

Hey everyone. I'm sorry to say but I will be closing down RRC. There hasn't been much activity lately and there are plenty of new casinos that are being well taken care of. I'd rather shut RRC down now instead of letting it just sit, and hopefully revamp it sometime in the future and reopen.

PLEASE DO NOT POST OR GAMBLE.

General Thread Rules

✔ Everyone must follow the Gaia ToS, any violations will have you banned from the thread as well as reported to Gaia.

✔ There will be no advertising in the thread. If you would like to affiliate, please PM the casino mule to ask to be on our "Links Out" page.
✔ The limit for quote trees (the amount of times a post is quoted) is 6. Please do not exceed this limit. It helps to keep the casino looking cleaner.
✔ Absolutely no begging!
✔ Do not delete posts in the thread. Even if you are not in a bet, you will be blacklisted. If you made a mistake, simply edit your post.
✔ Please do not use large post formats because they stretch the page. You will be asked to make them smaller or not use them at all.

Requirements To Bet

✔ Your profile must be set to "public".
✔ Your post count & join date must be viewable on your profile.
✔ Your account must be at least a month old.
✔ You must have at least 300 forum posts.
✔ You may not bet on a mule account. If you wish to bet on your main account and send gold/items from your mule account if you lose, that's fine.

Rules While Betting

✔ You must use the random number generator ONLY. You may not use dice or any other means of generating numbers.
✔ You may not use the random number generator to generate a number outside of the thread (unless you are gambling in another casino).
✔ You may not use terms that have a number range smaller than 5 (i.e. 0-1, 1-2, 2-3, etc).
✔ You may not enter into more than one bet at once, even if the bets are in two different casinos.
✔ You are allowed to be in one group and one individual bet at the same time.
✔ If you tie while in a bet, you and your opponent can either agree to do a tie breaker, or agree to stop the bet completely. Both parties must agree on the same course of action.
✔ Please confirm all bets before rolling. Also, do not put "roll to confirm" unless you have already agreed who you are betting with.
✔ If you agree to a bet and your opponent does not roll within 10 minutes of either your roll or the time that the bet was posted (if they were supposed to roll first), you may void the bet. This only applies in cases where neither party has rolled. In cases where one party has already rolled, the bet must be continued regardless unless both parties agree to void it,
✔ The loser of the bet must send the winning items/gold within 30 minutes otherwise they will be placed on the probation list. If the items/gold have no been sent within 24 hours, the person will be blacklisted.
✔ Giftbacks are not mandatory, but it is courteous to send at least a 10% to the person you have won against. You may not make others feel bad because they gave you a small giftback or no giftback at all.
✔ You may not send items you have lost to your opponent through the gifting system unless you both have agreed upon it. RRC will not be held responsible for any items that are lost via the gifting system.
✔ If you make a bet with someone over PM, instant messenger, etc. you must post the terms of the bet and what you are betting on/against in the thread.
✔ Middlemen are advised for larger bets or bets with someone you are not familiar with.
✔ While you are in a bet, you may not be negative by saying you're "going to lose" or post sad emotes. This is annoying to other betters and will have you placed on the probation list.
✔ If someone states "HNW" in a bet that is more than 1 roll, treat it as a "HCNW" bet.
✔ If you roll and Gaia double posts your roll so that there are two rolls, you are to count the FIRST roll.
✔ If you agree to enter into a DoN (Double or Nothing) with your opponent, you are essentially doing the same bet over again. You may use the same terms or agree on different terms. If the winner of the first bet also wins the second bet, they will win twice the amount of the original bet. If the loser of the first bet wins the second bet, neither party receives anything.

Probation/Blacklist Rules

✔ If you are placed on the probation list, you will also be ignorelisted from the casino until your probation period is up. This is to prevent those who are on the probation list from betting until they have served their time.
✔ The amount of time you are placed on the probation list is up to the staff member who is handling your case.
✔ If you are on the probation list for longer than the time it says you will be on there, please contact a staff member and we will remove you immediately.
✔ Once you are placed on the blacklist, you cannot be taken off. If you feel you've been blacklisted wrongly, please contact a staff member.

What is a middleman you ask? It's a trusted person who holds both opponents gold/items while they bet, to be certain that the winner gets what they are owed. If you're doing a large bet or betting with someone you are not familiar with, we highly suggest that you use a middleman.

Below is a list of people that are required to use a MM for all bets or bets over a certain amount.

Epice Orgasme Must use a MM for bets over 400k.
iSunDance Must use a MM for bets over 250k.
