Tiered Reward Spender Program Update

Hey Gaians!

We have an exciting update to our tiered reward spender events. Beginning August 2, 2016 Tiered Spender Events containing new items will be eligible for re-release after a six month resting phase unless otherwise specified. This change only applies to Tiers beginning on or after August 2, 2016. . This means these changes do not apply to previous tier spender events or for user created Diamond Ticket Tiers.

Lake Kindred

A new 'release' kin feature has been added to Lake Kindred! Simply go to your "My Kins" page and click on the kin you'd like to release, then click 'release'. This will free them out into the wild, so please don't release any of your most beloved kin!!

Releasing kin is permanent and non-reversible.

Project Custom Rules

There have been two rules added regarding every Project Custom ticket. They are:

You cannot base your order off of an item or recolor that is in production. If you have a ticket in queue, we will not base a new ticket off of this order until it has been released.
ALL correspondence regarding your order must be over email at: project-custom@gaiaonline.com or project-recolor@gaiaonline.com . You may not contact any of the staff over PMs regarding your ticket or order.

Runway Changes

Hey Gaians,

We have made a change to the Runway feature that prevents you from being able to vote for your own avatar. As a result of this, we are enacting a new rule where we will be disallowing you from voting on your avatar with a mule account. Users found voting for themselves with mules are subject to consequences up to, and including, account bans. You can find the update rules about using the Runway feature here!
