Caroling Achievement

Hey Gaians,

The Caroling achievement is now fixed and you should be receiving it for going to all the shops at least once. If you have already done this, the achievement should trigger upon your next shop visit to receive a carol from one of the shop keepers. If you still have problems receiving the achievement after this point, please feel free to file a ticket at our Help Center and we'll be happy to assist you! Thanks for your patience while we fixed this!

Caroling Achievement Update

Hey Gaians,

We have fixed an issue that popped up after our initial fix of the Caroling achievement (Wintersday Bard). Yesterday we let you know that if you have already done a full round of Caroling and did not get granted the achievement, you should just have to visit a shop with Caroling icon to get the achievement. This didn't work the way we expected it.

We have now applied a fix for this. If you have already done at least one round of Caroling and have not received your achievement, then visit a shop with a Caroling icon and you should receive the Wintersday Bard achievement. Please note that it may take up to an hour for the achievement to actually grant to your account. We want to thank you for your patience as we investigated and fixed this!

Special Gift Box Issue

Hey Gaians,

Looks like some grinchy Grunnies are acting up and causing problems! We're aware of some of the problems when trying to claim an item from the Holiday 2k14 Special Gift Box. We're also aware of some claims that users have not been able to receive the Holiday 2k14 Special Gift Box despite meeting the requirements for it. We will be looking into these and fixing the problems as soon as possible so that Gaians may be able to receive, open, and claim their item! Thank you for your patience and understanding. Santa March & Achievement

Hey Gaians!

We have fixed an issue where some of you did not receive the Special Holiday Gift Box which contained the Santa March! We've also fixed a relevant issue where you did not get your achievement for participating in the 12 Days of Winter! Anybody who qualified for this and did not get it should now have it granted to their account. We thank everyone for their patience while we resolved this!

Inventory Issues
