Beach Party Blow Out

Hey Gaians,

The life guard tried to end our Beach Party early, but we showed him what's what! The Beach Party is still going on and will keep up until July 2, 2014 at 11:59pm PDT. At that point we'll have to pack up our gear and find another party to hit up! Be sure to check it out here!

Looks like there's some trouble previewing animated items in La Victoire! We are looking into the issue! In the meantime we just wanted to assure you that while the preview isn't working, the item is! For now, we suggest previewing animated items by searching them on our Marketplace.

GoFusion Charm Packs

Hey all,

We wanted to let you know that we're aware of a bug with the GoFusion Charm Packs. The item grant pop-up only displays a single, making it seem like you only received one. Never fear, you actually receive all of your assortment of charms. The display is bugged. Our developers are aware of it and will be fixing so that it properly showcases what you receive from the Charm Pack. You can check how many Charms you have by visiting our GoFusion landing page. If you believed that you may have not received all your Charms, please file a billing ticket at our Help Center.

Robbery at La Victoire

Hello Gaia!

As some of you are aware, a recent glitch allowed some Gaians to steal items from La Victoire.
This situation has two unfortunate side effects:

☻ Gifting in La Victoire is temporarily disabled.
☻ Gaians who have had stolen items gifted or traded to them may have had their accounts locked by an admin.

Please be assured that our admin are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and we will be returning full access to affected accounts in the near future.

We appreciate your patience as we work to clean up the situation. The stolen items are being removed from the system and our dev team is hard at work securing the store.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you! As a small apology, we are offering 25% off on GCash for a very limited time.

Scheduled maintenance

One of our bandwidth providers will be doing some maintenance tonight, during the following expected times: 12:00 AM - 5:00 AM, on 7/22 Pacific / UTC -8.

Friday Manga Delay and Mini Comic Poll!

Hey everyone! Just a quick update: the manga update for this week, which would normally go up on Friday morning, will be delayed until Monday morning. The following update will be posted on Friday as usual. If you haven't been following the manga lately, you can catch up here!

Also, one of the tiers in the recent storyline kickstarter was for a mini comic "behind the scenes" with some of the characters. We've decided to let you vote on which characters you'd like to see! Please check out this thread here and choose your favorite!
