Gaia Cash Issue Resolved!


Hello, everyone! There was an issue previously where the 10% discount on Gaia Cash was not appearing on the Payments page. Policy Change

Boku and T-Mobile

Philosopher's Cache Bundles

There is an issue with the Philosopher's Cache bundles that we released in the Bifrost. Upon opening a 500 or 1000 pack, you will receive an error that says the following, "Data Validation Error The item was not found in your inventory." Do not worry, you still receive all 500 or 1000 Caches. Our development team is aware of this and will be looking into the issue. For the time being, you can ignore the error message. Cutie Catcher II back to full cutieness!


Hello Gaians,

Earlier there was an issue with Cutie Catcher II where the "Green" option was working incorrectly. The issue has since been addressed and is now working perfectly! If you happened to have an incorrectly working Cutie Catcher from earlier in your inventory it should now properly give out rewards. Thank you for your patience, and sorry for any inconvenience!

WHOOPS! Looks like a script went wonky and a lot of forum polls ended up with different poll options to vote on.
We're looking into what happened and our options for how to fix it.
I hope to have better news with the next Staff Update.

Polls being restored
I'm restoring the poll options text to a backup. It's not going very quickly, but hopefully will be done in the next 24 hours. We could do it faster, but we would lose all of the votes on all polls that have been running since the backup snapshot was taken.
It's possible that some poll options text will be lost (or permanently in Swedish) and I'm very sorry for that. This should be limited to polls that were created in less than a 4 hour period before the script went rogue and demanded all poll options be written in Swedish.

We are in the process of fixing old content (Forum posts, Guild posts, PMs, Arena comments, Aquarium comments, etc) on Gaia so that content displays correctly. This fixing process will convert data so characters (think "letters", as in words, and grammar marks) display as intended and not displayed as an empty box or a question mark. This conversion script had a glitch that affected the poll options text. We will work hard to make sure that nothing similar affects any other content that gets converted.
