I'd like to voice Ran Kotobuki too.
She's always been somewhat of my fictional idol. xDD
Her voice in the dub is already really good though. It suits her well.

Light from DN, no i'm not his fan and no i don't really like him, but i have quite a lot of people saying that my laugh is just like his. But then if i want i can make any type of voice i want, except British accent. User Image

In the R1 market, being that it has not been licensed, it doesn't have one. Animax Asia has released a dub, but since it's not readily available to everyone legally, it can't really be counted as being "dubbed" when speaking of the show.

No, Hell Girl Season 2 isn't being dubbed since Funimation didn't pick it up. Sentai Filmworks may go back and dub it eventually like they are with Clannad and such, but I get the feeling they'll only do that if they can get the same cast from Season 1.

Anyway, if I was to voice a character, I'd voice:
xxxHolic Kei: Kohane
Tegami Bachi: Aria or Niche
Naruto Shippuden (later episodes): Karin
Rin-ne (we all know this will be animated eventually): Sakura Mamiya
