well i'm going to be honest, i think its the way i look.

I have experience and I'm friendly.

The ******** restaurant hired my gorgeous friend with NO experience.
I've been working 3 years +, i hate trying to find a job.

No, neither have I. I live in England.

But a place with a name like BJ's Bar And Grill gives off the unmistakeable scent of burgers covered in grease and served from a frozen packet.

Of course they hired your friend.

I think, with 3 years experience, she could probably get a lot better work. Aim higher than a bar and grill!
