Anyhoo, the locale is deceased long time ago, but plans are rumored ot be in development for this building.

The oldest plan I knew of is that the Wedding/Marriage system was going here.

But recently I heard a rumor pepper-tea might be working on a Sweets themed shop to go here with Olivia and Candice. xp

Please dear god no, I'd rather have a big fancy wedding. 4laugh heart

Btu anyhoo, which would you rather go in the old Personals building? And have you heard anything recently?

I remember seeing Gaia personals... But only like once, I wasn't very active that long ago
because the site was so big and confusing to me. u__u heart

A sweets shop? I would love that~!!
I hadn't heard anything about it before now,
but that idea sounds very appealing to me :3

My but you've been busy today.

My favorite notion for a revamp of Personals so far is something like a Gaia equivalent of Craigslist; not just for meeting people, but for people to have a way to offer their good/services as well as seek goods/services in a highly-searchable format, without the need to endlessly bump mini shops or quest threads.

I think it would be awesome as a sweets shop. Gaia already has a lot of candy themed items, why not make a set? Sorry, but I'd have to pass on the idea of a wedding, it would just be another feature for people to spam/misuse.

also, I would just love the ability to "get a cookie"...or for that matter a "you win the internets" item.

I've seen a few good proposals for a Gaia "Wedding" system. It would function, essentially, as a goldsink, with no real perks beyond say, something one can put in their profile indicating their "Gaia-Marital status"

It's not a feature I would use, but I wouldn't call it "Omg the end of Gaia as we know it!" if they implemented it.

See, the ideas I heard went BEYOND that. For people who didn't wantto get married for the normal purposes, Married couples would be available to couple exclusive quests in zOMG! similar to Maple Story, and some ideas thrown around is they could combine their houses to make one twice the size, and other perks.

So for some people, it would like being an official duo or team, extending beyond the simple Marriage aspects.

There was even supposed to be a Wedding system and Wedding themed shop so you could set up your own room, similar to Rally, etc. and gather guests for an official weding ceremony. I picture it being a great time! 4laugh heart

I just wonder how a divorce system would work. eek

Just kidding, I actually think it should be used as some sort of wedding thing. Perhaps it could also be used as a shop to buy all this happy lovey shop that Durem Depot customers would avoid like a plague.
